Making a Purchase from Universal Cameras Limited

Making a purchase is simple and could not be easier. Just browse our online catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.

We accept all major debit and credit cards. We do not hold your credit card details on file and all transactions take place on a 128 bit encrypted secure server. If you prefer we are happy to accept purchases over the telephone.

Delivery Costs

UK - (excluding Northern & Southern Ireland) 

Free standard next day Delivery up to 3 kg, £7.99 for up to 10 kg - (Monday - Friday)

Northern & Southern Ireland all orders up to 10Kg = £29.99

For international delivery charges outside of UK please email us for tariffs.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Orders must be received before 3.00pm for next working day delivery. Dependent on your location. Excluding Northern and Southern Ireland where delivery takes longer. If your order has been dispatched and it hasn’t arrived as planned, we ask that you first contact the courier with your tracking number. Failing this, please contact us. Next day delivery is available subject to stock availability, cleared funds and customer address verification. Next Day delivery excludes weekends and bank Holidays. Orders to Southern Ireland can take up to 4 working days.

If you require any special delivery arrangements we do offer premium delivery services these can be booked over the phone. These include pre 9.30am pre 12 am and Saturday delivery. Cost varies depending on location.

Please note our shipper delivers between 7.30am - 17.00pm. If you are unavailable between these times then you will be left a card to contact your nearest DHL, UKMAIL, ROYAL MAIL depot to arrange re-delivery. The drivers can only return to a customer once more after they have left a calling card, if you still are unavailable the goods will be returned to the local depot for collection.

Missing Items

If your goods are scheduled to be delivered and you have received an incomplete order, this is usually because we ship your order in more than one consignment. We often dispatch in this way as we use more than one warehouse. If some of your goods have not arrived by the end of the due delivery date, please contact us.

Credit Card Security 

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site and we do not store any payment details.


All products shown are new and covered by manufacturer’s warranty for a minimum of 12 months unless otherwise stated. (All warranties exclude product misuse, video heads, monitor tubes & CCD sensors damaged by normal wear & tear). This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Faulty Products/Dead on Arrival/Returns Procedure
